Shipping

SHIPPING:

Current production time is 5-10 days. Dream Willow ships packages 2-3 times a week.
All US and International packages are transported across the border for direct shipment via USPS. We expect shorter turn around times during none peak times.

US orders:
*All US orders are shipped 1st Class mail. - arrival in about 5 days from date of sending. Tracking is provided.

Upgrade:

Priority - 2-3 days arrival as quoted by USPS Tracking is provided.

Canada:
*All Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post Letter Mail - arrival in 1+weeks from date of sending. Tracking and insurance are not available. This is a very cost effective option for shipping, however it does not provide tracking or insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail.

Upgrade:

Expedited - 2-5 days arrival as quoted by Canada Post. Tracking and insurance are  provided.

International:
All International orders (not US and Canada) are shipped USPS. Orders will be provided tracking. Arrival 2-3+ Weeks from date of sending, depending on location.

Upgrading your shipping to a faster option, does not decrease the production time. We do not charge extra to produce your item faster.
