Refunds and Exchanges
If there is an issue with your product, please contact us immediately.
If you are not satisfied with your product we are happy to issue a refund or exchange for another item. Please return the items back to me in an unpackaged/unused condition within 2 weeks (14 days) from the time you have received them. This applies only to items that have NOT been personalized. If an item arrives damaged please inform us within 2 weeks (14 days) from the time you have received them.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to Dream Willow.
Due to the made to order and custom nature of my products, personalized and custom items are a final sale/ not refundable.
Sale items are a final sale.
Please note each item is hand made and this means each is unique. We do our best to photograph all items as well as possible, however differences may occur.
We will do our best to address all issues that arise to the best of my ability.
